Meeting Map

Recently, can find it now dammit, someone blogged a map they doodled during a (boring?) work meeting.

The other day I noticed my notebook had tiny square grid on front and drew this.  (note: to coworkers meeting wasn't boring, honest)

  1. That's what I'm talking about, I doodle things like that all the time. For the most part, once doodled, it has a tendency to become something more (at least in my experience)!!! Keep doodling and keep the faith...!!!

  2. I remember reading that post. Wasn't it from Dyson's Dodecahedron?

Like your mini-map by the way. What inhabits this "Lost Lair of Perinch"?

  3. The blog you're thinking about is destination unknown, Christian drew the map at a boring meeting.

  4. @Zanazaz

Thanks, I thought it was Christian's. For some reason I couldn't find post when I went looking.

  5. The 6-columns-in-2-rows leading to a sinister idol with brazier-in-front is an archetype. I think I dream about it. Probably due to the cover of the 1st ed. PHB, maybe?

All good dungeons ought to have it, and even bad ones.
